Default 2002 Mustang

I just got a 2002 mustang V6, and yes, it's an automatic. I know, 5-speed would be a lot faster but whatever. Well I want to try to pick it up a little bit. After looking around I think I am going to get a new exhaust (preferrably flowmaster), new headers (no brand in mind), and a cold air intake (A.E.M. if available). Any advice would be very appreciated on where I should get these from, what I should get in particular? Theres gotta be someone out there who has upgraded their V6?
