Default Biggest all Ford drag racing event in SOCAL

Sal's Speed Shop and Raceway Ford (Riverside, CA) present Ford Nationals West, aka Mustang Drag Day 4, on Sat. Sept 21 at Los Angeles County Raceway in Palmdale, CA. This will be the biggest all Ford (Mustang) drag racing event held in So. California. There will be 7 classes in which to race. 1. All Ford money 2. All Ford trophy 3. Mustang slick tire 4. Mustang street tire 5. All Ford truck 6. Quick Sixteen 7. Open grudge. Cost to race is $20.00 (except money classes). $10.00 to watch. Gates open at 8 a.m. Racing till 6 p.m. Directions to the track can be found at www.lacr.net. For more info you can also refer to the April issue of Muscle Mustangs and Fast Fords pages 144-146. Deuce, glad to here that you will be attending. My brother is Sal from Sal's Speed Shop and we welcome everyone to attend, racing or not. As for myself, I own a '90 supercharged LX and a '01 GT (auto). So I can either race in the street tire class w/ the '01 or open grudge w/ the '90. See you there.
