Default Newer Car/older Motor

I HAVE AN 89 LX 5.0 AND I GOT A SUPER GOOD DEAL ON A 71 302 MOTOR . IT HAS ROSS DOME PISTONS,BOSS RODS W/ GOOD BOLTS,MOLY RINGS,GEAR DRIVE (ANYONE WANT TO BUY IT) AND OF COURSE NEW BEARINGS AND FREEZE PLUGS.IT CAME W/DART HEADS W/2.02-1.60 VALVES (FOR SALE TOO) I AM USING 185CC AFR HEADS. MY CONCERN IS WITH THE BALANCER.THE OLD MOTOR HAS A HEAVIER BALANCER THAN THE NEWER MOTORS.MY CAR IS A MANUAL THE OLD MOTOR HAD AN 11" MANUAL FLYWHEEL.ALL 302 MOTORS ARE INTERNALLY BALANCED, IF I WERE TO USE THE NEW BALANCER AND FLYWHEEL I SHOULD BE O.K.? I KNOW I HAVE DIPSTICK AND CAM ISSUES TOO.
