The [i]bullit[/b] mustang has a little more power (dual throttle bodies, intake) different brakes and styling. All for only 5 odd thousand more than a GT.

Are they for sale yet? cause I think I saw one last week, at least it had those wheels anyway. Was black and looked BAD A$$! I don't even like the new edge GT's that much but hey. I still don't quite understand why parents give their kids a brand new GT (It was a kid from my High School) though. Even if my parents were willing and able to spend that much on a car for me, I wouldn't get a new one. I'd get a nice '90 or '95 5 spd, for 5-10k$ and spend the other 10-15 grand on a blown 347. Let's see, run tens or have a warrantee that I'd void within a year.... if I had my choice.....

Im not sure you saw one, because I think they are only available in green.
Its a nice package, including lowering springs, sub-frame connectors, more power (275 i think), lots of cool aluminum brushed trim, etc....and I think it is a $3500.00 option. If I could afford a new car, I would probably buy one. ------------------ 1993 GT/AOD '93 Mustang GT |

The first one came in the dealership i work at today! It looked pretty nice except for the dent in the fender and front nose from a joy riding technician running into a ditch and hitting tree branch . It's a very clean looking, cool car, but what surprised me is that has the cobra style seats and it's technically a GT (says GT on the side and bullitt in the back). Very cool car, i'd buy one in a heartbeat!
Mach 1 is right, this one was in green and i'm pretty sure that's the only color it's available in. [This message has been edited by 84stangLX (edited 05-09-2001).] |

They actually come in 3 or 4 different colors. The best is Highland green (like the original '68 Bullit mustang) and the others are True Blue, some kind of red, and black. I love the way they look but i could use a rear spoiler. I also love those 60s style gauges. Very classy. They sport 270hp, Bullit logos all over, a unique shifter knob, brushed aluminum gas cap, and a refined suspension (specially valved Tokickos, lowering springs, brakes, etc).
