wecome

new guy buys the beer!

volkswagen..good cars. would like to get one for a daily comuter weapon myself an save the stang for a fairweather toy..

in my opinion and pretty much anyone else you run into on this site would recomend a really awesome musclecar for ya...
MUSTANG!!

the 4.6's are nice, the 5.0s have aftermarket goodies comin out the wazoo..

the coupe sn95 body style with the 5.0 is coming down in price, pickup a nice 5spd for 9-15k

the old 80's fox 5.0s are good if ya can find one that hasn't been previously smashed an sandwiched welded back together
(long story...don't ask)

if ya got the bread. go with an 03 cobra!! quite possibly the nastiest v8 car on the road right now..

whatever ya get, have fun with it

oh yea, an welcome to the Works

thank you,

yeah, i love the volkswagen and it'll sneak up on some folks that don't like losing to a volkswagen hatch, too

for car #2, i meant a reeeeeeeal muscle car.......

late 60's, early 70's........

the next 3 cars i am looking at will be a 68 chevelle, 71 camaro, and a 74 nova........

i did look at a 71 mustang w/429 this weekend.........the owner wanted way to much for what it was.........wanted 8500 and it had so many things obviously wrong with it (rust, electrical problems, hood that wouldn't open, tires with the belts showing) that i doubt i'd buy it TO DRIVE at any price

Hey Knoxville, don't forget Pro-Mod cars this weekend at Knoxville Dragway. Only two more weekends till they close for the season.

Welcome to the boards. Alot of persons don't have a Mustang but still come here.

Theres a Blue Mustang on Andrew Johnson Hwy for 8500.00. If its the same one you looked at its not worth 5000.00. I knew that car a few years back.

Theres a few Volunteers here, glad to see more.
