Post 302 Engine re-build

1973 Mustang needs a motor re-built. We have seveal blocks to use. Question.??

We would like to use the unleaded heads off a 1982 302 , on the 1973 cylinder block.??

Any problems or point to watch out for. ??

I know the cranks are different. We will stay with the 1973 crank and block.
