Default Oil Leak??

I have 73 mustang with a 351 cleveland 4v heads my problem is the right side head( valve cover) is leaking oil threw all of the bottom valve cover nuts what is the cause of this? it is not much oil but it does leak very slowly on all bottom nuts??.

Also my right side breather cap is awful loose is that ok i mean it just turns easily and is not solid into the valve cover with the leak on the valve cover nuts and this i am seeing oil on my spark plug wires ect. do i need a new breather cap?.
