Going to the track on Sunday...place your bets!!!
Our local drag strip finally opened and I plan on taking my '88 to the strip to see what she will do. Any predictions???
It's all stock with a T-5, 2:73 gears and a K&N filter. I am looking for mid 14's at about 94-95mph through the traps. Oh yeah, I can also drive!! ------------------ '82 GT 351W C-4,BBK headers,Carter 625 carb,Comp.Cam,Flowmaster exhaust. 1988 GT...T-5,bone stock |

Wow! Low 14's you guys are predicting?
Keep in mind that this is a GT and not an LX mustang. I'll be happy with a low 14 pass though. I have 2:73's so I don't expect too much trouble launching. I'll let you know how I do. ------------------ '82 GT 351W C-4,BBK headers,Carter 625 carb,Comp.Cam,Flowmaster exhaust. 1988 GT...T-5,bone stock |

completely stock 88? im gonna be the pessimistic one here and say 15.2@92.5mph, you'll feel better to have it go faster than what you think than to be a lot slower than you expect, i can really vouch for that one, good luck with it
