Default Dollar store?

This is just a thought:

Since the economy has slowed down in the last few months, I noticed a lot of people are putting off major purchases, instead opting to indulge themselves with little things. The same goes for our hot rods.

I've seen 'dollar' stores at the mall, where everything in the store costs $1 or less. People don't usually go there to find anything specific. It's the kind of store you wander through until you see something cool, and lay down your dollar.

I don't know of much you could buy for your car for a buck, however, I considered creating something like an online $49 or $99 store. Everything would cost that amount or less. Just a random collection of parts and tools you could browse through if you're looking to buy something, while not in a position to spend a lot. You know, small stuff to keep you happy while you're dreaming about that supercharger or heads.

Any thoughts?
