![]() In the July 16 issue of AutoWeek, there is a small article on a prototype stang that they are talking about releasing in '03. Looks like the same body style as the current stangs, except with an extremely tall hood. Article says 400hp supercharged 4.6-4V.

![]() I think it's a joke. I heard they are going to use a rather small roots blower to get to 400hp. Has anyone at Ford even heard of Vortech or Paxton?!? I'm not knocking roots blowers -- I'm knocking the size of the blower they are going to put on the Terminator.
Gimme a 450RWHP all-motor 351W any day. This business of using a power adder to reach 400hp is rediculous IMHO. ------------------ Jeff Kane 1990 LX Mustang Coupe |

![]() Everyone can't wait for ford to build the "terminator" in 2003. What people forget is that with 80 more horsepower and a factory equipped blower, the price will increase significantly. I wouldn't be shocked if the price for a "terminator" is around 40k.
Just remember, more power costs more money. ------------------ 91 GT AOD: 14.71@91.78mph SOLD!! 01 GT 5-speed on order: Ordered: 06/13/01 |

![]() Parts on the car is not the main factor that affects price of a car. The main thing, is the amount made. If every Mustang GT had a Roots blower on it, the same one used on the lighting, the price wouldnt be much more than they are now.
Dont get me wrong, I love the Pushrod engines, but I'd rather have one kick a$$ 5.4L Mod motor. ------------------ 64 1/2 "D" code Red Mustang Coupe. 289, C4, Mallory duel point.
