Question How hard is it to change throttle bodies, pls help

Yea I'm gonna start moding the engine on my 96 stang and i wanna throw on a 70mm throttle body and i wanna know if its possible to change it myself and how much does it cost for a shop to do it if i cant, thanks and is 70 a good way to go?
