![]() She's a 98 Cobra, black on black, 5-speed, and 4K miles! I got a great deal at my fiancee's work (he's a tech at a Chevy dealer-ew!). The guy who traded it in is nutz if ya ask me. He drove it to Kansas and back once. Even still smells brand new. It's my first 5-speed, but I think I'm doing pretty well. Definetly a great car to learn on. We rolled three deep into our local Mustang meeting on Saturday-our friend's 97 Cobra up front, fiancee's 88GT, then me as the caboose. Was nice to roll in there by myself in my car-so people knew it was mine! And I didn't make an *** of myself driving like I dreaded! Even heard some guy murmer "Damn girl!" as I passed. I feel so cool
![]() ![]() ![]() Can someone let me in on how to include a link to the user rides section in my signature? It's in there if you wanna take a look! |

Like this: http://www.mustangworks.com/rides/pictures/Listing1767-slot1.jpg p.s. that's your listing, too, so you can copy that! and to make it a link that says "Click here!!" type this: <url=http://www.mustangworks.com/rides/pictures/Listing1767-slot1.jpg>Click Here!!
------------------ Joe! 1988 GT, 167,000 miles!!! 13.58@105mph Check out my listing! ![]() Hope this signature works....
Thanks guys. She is a beaute if I do say so myself. I'm just gonna hate keeping black clean and polished! PGkelly- What were you in? I liked seeing that Saleen Club there, something different. That place is racking up members like nobody's business. Everytime we go we see new people-love it! How long have you been going? |

![]() My 2000 GT was my first manual tranny car, I had roughly 1 hour of driving experience with a stick when I drove her home.
My first weekend of cruising I made an A$$ of myself in front of the Book Store Barnes & Noble. There were some pretty girls outside and they were staring me and the car down hard, so I tried to show off and I ended up dumping the clutch and Bunny Hopping right in front of them. Oh yeah buddy. I was COOL then ![]() I think I learned how to Race great with a manaul tranny far before I learned how to drive one smoothly. Congrats on your purchase Obsessed (Misspelled). I'm sure you'll enjoy it ALOT. [This message has been edited by Mercury (edited 07-10-2001).] |

![]() Mercury! Thanks for that-now I don't feel so bad! I stalled out for the first time yesterday on a hill. I was so upset, but I guess it had to happen sometime.
It's funny-every one of my guy friends has said, "Nice car...now you just need springs, a blower, gears, shifter, headers and exhaust..." Nobody here has said that...yet! Now let's see if this sig works-since I forget to include it last time! (blonde moment) ------------------ 98 Cobra Click here for a peek! ![]() I was there with Elisha (MustangBelle306) and her primered wonder of a 94 GT. i don't have a stang just yet, give me until august. i thought it was cool the saleen club was there, but i would hate to pay tons of money for a specialty tuner car only to end up
parking it next to 5 more just like it. yeah, im not a big fan of Saleens. i've been going for a few months now, i used to go with Dinomite in his 90 LX 'vert until he had his license revoked. next meeting, look for a burgundy '87 civic hatch with collision damage and a 5.0 badge on the driver's side fender--that's me ------------------ If it ain't broke, make it go faster AOL: MCVillain45 |
