Very amusing
I just read this in the paper tonight, and looked up the connected website:
Apparently, there is a new superhero on patrol in England, with a rather amusing goal. This guy's car was "booted" at some point by the local traffic folks, and this apparently stuck in his craw. He went out a rented a power tool, and removed the offending clamp. Thus was born.... ANGLE-GRINDER MAN!!!!!!  Now he stalks London, cutting the boots off illegally parked cars, complete with tights and cape. check out the url. http://www.anglegrinderman.com/
