Sub frames again.
Are the Kenny Brown Super Subs any good. Are they worth getting. I am guessing super subs are subframe connectors with cross braces. Thanks for your help. I am putting it on a 1994 Mustang that will get a 351W soon. Matching it with some sort of progressive springs and The steeda Strut tower brace. Thanks guys.

I have the Kenny Brown ones on my car (dont know if they were called "super subs" back then...).
ANY full length ones, fully WELDED will do. THe cross brace just makes the install easier as it holds it in place while welding.
