Smile Trick Flow Manifold Install

Okay, I am torn between buying a new Trick Flow Street intake and a used Explorer intake. After reading all the posts and variations of installing the Explorer intake I wonder if the Trick Flow manifold is a direct bolt on with all the necessary hook ups and EGR provisions? If so it seems like a fairly easy decision to buy the Trick Flow intake. I must have read 5 different ideas on how the Explorer intake has to be modified and vacuum line routing. I have to pass emissions testing so all smog parts must be intact. Thanks for any input
