Three more months... Oh boy...

For those that don't know, my first foray into fatherhood starts in three months as Robyn starts her third trimester in a few days...

We already know its going to be a girl and the name is picked (Lauren). So its all a matter of waiting now...

I'm starting to freak out as the whole thing starts to become real for me.... feelings of joy, pride, uneasyness, doubts.

Questions on how well a car crazy hillbilly with roots from West Virginia is going to deal with an entire life placed in his hands....

Feeding, diapers, pediatricians, sleepless nights, questions like "why is the sky blue?" and "how do tornadoes suck things up?" are in my future...

Later on come the dreaded "boyfriend" years.... knowing full well how my mind worked between the ages of 15 and 25 (and sometimes still to this day).... I think I'm just going to turn the house into a fortress with 50 cals lined up on the roof...

I guess I'll just have to take it one day at a time and be the best dad I can be.... Sorry for the vent...
