get two really small safety pins, and pierce the orange wire with one and the black wire with the other. Attach your DMM pos lead to the clip in the orange wire, and the neg. lead to the clip in the black wire. Turn on the DMM, set to the 5 scale in DC volts. Turn on the ignition. The DMM should read less than 1 volt. Ultimately, you want it set NO HIGHER than .95 volts at idle. You adjust it by loosening the two screws that attach it to the TB, and turning it. If you can't move it enough to get within range, then remove it and carefully elongate the holes. Once you have it set at .95vdc at idle, slowly rotate the throttle while watching the DMM. It should rise smoothly to somewhere around 4.5vdc.

Take care,
-Chris
