Post Best heads for my combo?

I am planning on getting some aluminum heads soon for my 79 Pace Car. I was thinking of getting Edelbrock Performer heads but am not sure which valve size I should go with. I plan on putting a 100 shot of NOS on soon too, so I was thinking of 2.02/1.60, but I don't want to kill my low end when I am running off the bottle.
I have the original 302 bored .030 over with the Edelbrock Performer intake and matching camshaft and 600cfm carburetor. I have BBK 1-5/8" equal length shorties, 2-1/2" h-pipe with cats, and 2-1/2" Flowmaster 2-chamber catback.
The car runs strong, and the thing idles like it has a lumpy can even though the Edelbrock setup is smog legal. I haven't had it to the track yet, but judging from some street races, I would guess that it runs high 13s right now even with the suspension set up for handling.

With your comboof cam, carb, and intake, a set of midly massaged GT 40's should perform pretty well.Plus they're getting dirt cheap lately. If you think you need still want bigger valves,1.94's will do better. The 2.02 valves would be more suited for a full race motor with more carb and cam and gears. Hey,that might not be a bad idea ,huh ?

I'm running the 6032s on a 302 bottom end. Good performance. But don't count out the AFR 165 or the Trick Flows, they make tons of power without giving up bottom end either.

If you do get the Edelbrocks, don't bother with 2.02 valves, the 1.90 flows pretty good for a small block and you'll love the new found power.
