which cable the one from the lever or one of the cables that run to the wheels if its the one from the lever you will need to remove the cenyer console and be able to get underneath also i can remember it was not to hard if it is one fom the wheels i personaly have not had to replace them a good shop manual will be well worth the 10-15 bucks and prob will be able to walk you through it

lever cable
it's the cable from the lever. Do you have to have any special tools in order to create the right amout of tension on the cable? Thanks for your help.

no special tools you will see once you get it apart that the cable loops around the lever to provide the tension it is a bit tricky to get it on the lever and then on both lines running back to the wheels
