Default Is it a good buy for a rotating assembly?

I was shopping around on the internet for a rotating assembly for my 306 im building and came upon this...

NEW 4340 FORGED steel 3.00 stroke crank.

NEW 5.09" I-beam rods and Keith Black pistons.

Rod and main bearings included.

This all comes in a kit. To me this looks like a hell of deal for 799. It cost 50 dollars to ship and im not sure if it comes with rings, rod bolts, pins. etc... And it will have to be balanced for 150-$200 Im calling tomorrow for all the details.

But for whats there is it worth it? isn't a steel 4340 crank usually around 600 by itself?
