Post Is it hard to replace coil springs? Should I pay?

I need to replace the coil springs in the rear on my 90 5.0. I was going to have it done but it will cost me $200 just for labor. I was looking at steeda springs I have koni shocks already. I have never done this but have done alot of mechanic work. Should I attempt this task or is it worth the 200 bucks? Also, how about the front springs?
