Help! *******' Hatch Won't Open!!
I put the key in the hatch, turn it, hear an audible "click" like I always had. But the hatch won't open. Something's sticking in the mechanism, seems like.
Has this happened to you? Any ideas on how to fix it? I don't want to go to the dealer. TIA
