Default Larger TB inlet tubes?

since I have a 70mm TB the stock air tubes dont even come close to fitting, I wondered what you all did to make it work... I mean I can get a CAI kit but how did you all handle it... the simplest method I figured would be to get some dryer hose or something.. but that would look like crap
