Post Rear disc squeek

I started to notice a squeek coming from my rear disk, (thought it might be a rock caught in the caliper)so I pulled the wheel off inspectect the caliper, working, the disk, no scorring marks, I put the wheel back on, does any one have any suggestions?
could the caliper be failing or could the disk be warped or could it be that the wheel is not tourqued down properly, any help or suggestions are appreciated, thanks
