Question Quick Fix ? Is There One?

Let me run down my mods first and maybe someone can answer my question.. I have a 91 LX with, MAC after-cat exhaust, BBK H-pipe (off-road), stock headers, MAC cold air induction fender mount kit, Edelbrock 70mm T.B. and EGR plate, Pro-M 75mm MAF Sensor, Kirban Adj. Fuel Press. Reg., everything else is pretty much stock except wires, plugs and things like that.. Here is my question, this week I installed the 70mm T.B. (I opened up the intake), fuel press. Reg. (set @ 42psi), 75mm MAF, and the H-pipe, and disconnected the battery for over 20 minutes. Why have I, what seems to be, lost some torque?? Is the exhaust to free flowing and the T.B. too big? I chose these components because I plan on adding a supercharger in the future.. Is there a quick fix too gain back some of my torque without removing any of my new parts... Any suggestions or comments would be great, thanks...
