Default Stage 8's?

Anybody got these? I really want a good product to elimate my header bolts from backing out.
1. Are they easy to install?
2. Are they really maintenance-free?
Thanks...

We installed them when we put the long-tube headers on, install was pretty easy and so far no exhaust leaks.

You can forget about them backing out, they work great.

I got a set for about $35.00 at jeg's. They work good, although the lock washer was cut out like a hex instead of a 12 point, so if the washers wouldn't slide on and you couldn't tighten them any more, you have to loosen them slightly. I ended up throwing the washers somewhere in my garage. If you can, try to get a set where the washer has a 12 point circle cut out.
