Default Is 210 degrees too hot?

Is this too hot?

Stock Water pump, FMS 3 core radiator, suprecharger, aluminum heads, no emissions, stock fan...

With the A/C on in 100+ temperature, is 210-220 degrees too hot?

Thanks
