Question Bad tourque boxes?

This mostly happens when I am driving slow. I hear a clunking sound coming from my right rear. I hear it a lot while turning at low speeds. Sometimes when I hit a bump it will make the noise. Is this one of my torque boxes going bad? If this is the problem how soon should I fix it and how much will it cost?
Any other ideas on what this could be? It almost sounds like the exhaust hitting something.
