Post T-Bird Rear Discs

I know there have been a lot of discussions about the Thunderbird TC rearends. I have one with the 3.55s but would like to go to a 5 lug wheel. From what I have found, the SVOs and Lincolns have 5 lugs but larger 11" rotors. I don't think that the TC setup could clear this size rotor due to the bracket that wraps around the rotor and holds the caliper on (not much clearance). Does anyone know if there is a factory rotor that would work for this? The 90s model Thunderbirds have 5 lug but I believe are 5 on 4.25 instead of the 5 on 4.5 like I need. Any help is appreciated.
