Well either the Ford graphite or the ROL graphites for the heads. I am currently running ther Felpro's with the renforced ring for alum. heads but I am swapping to the ROL's graphites this winter $35.00 a pair. I am also going to go to the ROL rubber valve cover gaskets they will absorb 75% of their weight in oil, I have heard many good things about them, I think my stock metal/rubber have seen better days they are starting to leak on the back side. As for the headers get some thing good, just about everybody has gaskets, but I am going to go with the metal Ultra seals while mine is apart. I also like the Stage 8 locking header bolts a very good investment.
