Default rear disc brake conversion

My tires arrived this morning. I'm going to get them mounted this weekend. Once they're mounted on the rims, I'm going to test fit them to see if I can see potential problems. If it comes down to it, I'll get a rear disc brake conversion kit so everything fits. I'm sure I'll have some questions after the test fit...
