Default how accurate?

how accurate do you think the fuel system analyzer is, with my setup making about 850 rear wheel horsepower it says that 67lbers are optimum, but 73's would be over-injected.
i was told 83lb injectors would be perfect...but i dont want to cause a problem, this car is still street driven (to street races)
i just dont want it running super rich.
