Okay 8850 This is what im assuming from your picture, You have the cable running from the starter solenoid to directly to the switch terminal, Then you have the short positive cable running from the disconnect switch to the battery, Does the alternator have to be included in the wiring hookup in order to kill the power and to also charg the battery? Please Correct me if im wrong but this is what i have been told but not shown. I really do appreciate the quick response, You guys are good and you have the answers. Im just stuck on this one.

My cable runs to the starter relay which is the same factory connection where the cable was attached with the battery under the hood. The starter cable (factory) runs from the downstream side of the relay to the starter solenoid on the starter.

I believe this is what you're looking for. It shuts off all power, even when running, and offers NO charging problems whatsoever...

I was wondering the same thing myself, but my switch is different than others I have seen. It has the two large terminals plus it has two smaller terminals on it and the guy at the speed shop said that there is a wire on the alternator that I am supposed to run to it to kill the car. It's not the main power wire. Anyone know which wire on the 3G I am supposed to use for this?

You know i have the same switch i believe its the Moroso Super Duty Disconnect switch #74102 And i am wondering the same thing because in the instructions it indicates that you are suppose to run a 10ga jumper wire to the alt ( I have a 3G 130 amp also.
