Default Alternator/Belt tensioner?

Check the attached picture. Where can I get one of these turnbuckle apparatuses to use to tighten the belt? This looks so much cleaner than that ugly ass stock belt tensioner.

Yeah Jegs has them. Only for cars w/o AC. Nnever knew that till I tried to install

11.86 @ 117 on old dry Nitrous set-up (100 shot) spinning 1st and 2nd. Only 1 run, no bar, got da boot
