the price all depends on where you get your stuff. you could go to a junk yard and get everything you need for only a couple hundred dollars. just go and rip out the trans and the clutch setup and the shifter.

Clutch pedal assembly
Quadrant firewall adjuster clutch cable transmission shifter clutch flywheel etc.... You could go cheap but I bought everything new and aftermarket and it was nearly 3 grand. For stock used parts you could probably get it dont for under a grand.

if you get a junk yard tranny make sure you buy a new clutch

I spent right at $1k for the parts to swap on a GT I had once. Good Luck.
