I've had the Hurst going on 8 years now with no problems with the exception of the plastic knob breaking. Broke during a competition run ,( I won ) fell right off in my hand. all in all not bad for 8 years of abuse. this car is run every weekend in the summer.

I've had a Steeda Tri-Ax in my GT for just over a year and I love it. I've driven my friends 93 5.0, has a Hurst in it, and I like my shifter way more. Shifts are smooth, solid and short. No regrets at all, infact my friend who has the Hurst wants a Tri-Ax after trying mine. Get the Tri-Ax.
