Post Air/Fuel Ratio gauge

I have done my homework on this topic, and have come to the conclusion that 90% of you guys have nothing good to say about A/F ratio gauges (at least over on the Corral). ALL I want to do is know that I am not lean at WOT, that's it. I don't wanna tune with it, I only want it to be sure I don't have a lean condition. My question is: Will the Autometer A/F Ratio gauge do the job I want it to, will it tell me if I am running lean at WOT?? Thanks
