Default high and sticking idle
i have a e 303 cam... victor jr heads.. full exhaust fuel upgrades air upgrades .. a chip and i am having a idle at like 1000 rpm and when i rev the car above 1,700 rpms it sticks for like 3 sec then comes back down.. also when im driving when i go to push the clutch in to switch gears the rpms jump up to like a higher rpm then what i was at when i shifted... what is this?
