Default manifold single or dual?

Originally I was going with the air gap manifold and a 4150 street carb, but now I’m considering a dual quad set up, so cool,,,any thoughts on this would help. This Is what I have waiting to install, svo 303 heads, e cam, new chain, Mac long tubes. What’s been done to the car is mac cat back, upper and lower control arms, rear drag springs, comp shocks, sway bar, 3.73 gears, ram air hood, oh and this will be a daily driver.
