![]() I 4.6 Cobra But that does not mean to much. The 351 has alot more performance parts than the 4.6. The 351w was not a High performance engine.

![]() if you were to just swap the engine out of a 79-93 mustang and put in a 351 straight out of a truck, the cobra 4.6l would be faster (assuming 99+ fixed ones). the thing is, if you were going to the trouble to swap engines, you wouldn't just do a direc swap, you may as well add heads/intake/cam while your at it. with a good combo, the 351 would absolutely destroy the cobra, for not much money.

![]() I don't remember exactly but didn't the 95 Saleen come with a 351. The S351 though it was heavily modified, it was faster than the viper and vette at the time.

my 5.8 is now 6.5 and turbo charged but not stock at all ------------------ 89 with 395 single stage n2o .garret t3. 373's Suspention worked out finnaly . need cage . |
