![]() If any of you read my last post grumbling about my engine builder, I decided that since it MIGHT be the valve seals, now would be a good thing to bite the bullet and buy some heads in case the old ones are going to be pulled under their warranty.
When I started building the motor I had HUGE plans for the car, but quite frankly now I'm just kinda sick of it, so I'm looking for some trouble free, reliable yet freer flowing heads...I want to stick with iron. I'll be running them with 1.6 rockers, and I def. need stiffer valvesprings. After looking at some flow numbers, I really don't think I want to plunk down $499 for the GT40Ps that don't flow much more than stock IMO for the cash (and I don't plan on working ANYTHING)...does anyone here have any suggestions? I was also checking out the World Products iron heads in the Summit Catalog, but I really don't know much about them. Any sites with numbers and prices would be appreciated too! |
