Default good idea or bad idea?

Hello!

I'm in the process of buying a supercharger from a 3.8 Thunderbird SC. I have a 2001 3.8 mustang I want to put it in. Good idea or bad idea? I'm only getting the supercharger. No wires or anything else will be coming with it. So, my next question is...What am I going to need? (I'm a mustang novice)

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
