Default cobra rear end

I have the opportunity to get a 3.27 rear end out of a 96 cobra. Will it work in my 98 mustang V6?

Yep. Use your axle shafts and brakes for the easiest changeover. The Cobra probably has ABS and your V-6 probably doesn't, which could complicate matters if you get the Cobra axle complete.
