It's fairly accurate if you use good input data, i.e. head flow numbers, cam specs. For some of the mid-runner length intakes like Performer RPM and Track Heat I've taken the average of the Tuned Port and Sequential Fire fuel injection intake options. Also, I'm not crazy on the header/exhaust choices: it's kind of a guessing game. The roller lifter option models all roller cams as solid roller, which overestimates ramp rate and rpm potential of hydraulic roller cams. Try experimenting with the solid lifter to better estimate hot hydraulic roller cams.
Play with it a while to see how the numbers turn out before you use it as a tuning tool. Once you figure out all the subtle nuances, it's pretty handy to have and use.
