The computer reads the voltage from the mass air sensor and tells it how much air is coming in. So if you have a mass air meter that is calibrated to match the injectors it will not work any differently with 24# injectors than it will with 19#ers, no need to get a computer calibrated for the injector size unless you've got, say 36#ers on a bolt on motor and it's running too rich at WOT. The peg leg of the Cobra computer is the weak timing curves and it also pulls timing during shifts. The mass-air meter isn't well matched to the computer and most cobras have a stumble just off idle because of this.

Basically, if I was you, I'd get a C&L 76mm mass air sensor (calibrated for 24#ers) and a good custom chip or the C&L with a A9L. I've heard of many near stock Cobras trapping 104mph with an A9L and a good mass air meter.
