I have the MAC "Racer's Choice" shifter, which is very similar to the Pro 5.0. Two of my friends have the Pro 5.0 in thier cars, it's a d@mn good shifter, but I like mine better (it has an even shorter shift).
As far as clutch, I and my two friends are all running RAM. Two of us are mid-13 cars, and one is a low-12(Vortech). The RAM gives you a much easier pedal than stock, but still has great holding power. Don't forget to add a quality adjustable cable & aluminum quadrant (I prefer FRPP). I have heard good things about the centerforce & King cobra also, but I heard that the pedal is still just as stiff as the stock one.
And finally, exhaust. I have Mac cat-back and I love it. It only took about 20 minutes for me and a buddy to install on my car. Very easy to line-up the tails, and also very easy to disassemble and reassemble if needed due to ball-and-socket connections! No more clamps!! I'd go with 2.5" unless you making some serious HP(400-up).
Good luck!
