You need to check your fuel pressure and check for spark. Is it possible that you ran over something that might have tripped your inertia switch?

Try to start it, but don't touch the gas pedal. Then pull a spark plug and see if it's wet. If it is, dry it off, and stick the wire back on it, and set it so that it is in contact with the block. Crank it over and look for a spark.

In short, it takes 4 things for an engine to run:
air
gas
ignition
compression

You are lacking one of those things. We just need to figure out which one.
