I checked my relay by just buying one from autozone and trying a new one, it wasnt it, and they almost didnt refund me cuz it was an electrical part, you can get a volts tester, and check for voltage at the harness in the back just above the tank, below the rear bumper, with the key on position you should unplug the harness and check back there, i did all this to eventually find out it was my pump.
