Just something to think about, I have a 69 351 w/ the heads, i considered doing exactly what you are considering, but after adding up all the posibbilities, u can spend like almost the price of a decent aftermarket head. And you will not have the future upgrades like the aftermarket head, (porting for more flow) and you spent all that and wont really have alot if you decide to increase your hp, which we all do. So i would go with an aftermarket aluminun head, just me,
