could be that the iac is sticking (idle air control )........try removing it and cleaning it out with a fuel injection safe ,throttle body cleaner ......see if that helps

i'd also try checking the temp sencors ,they play a big role when starting ,the computer has to know the temp of the moter to select ther right tune for start up ,if one of these sencors is bad ...it'll throw the computer off at start up
